Some questions about voice communication

So just wondering how the chat would be like in the game,

1, Will we be able to hear friends from across the map or start a in game group together so we can?

2. Will we be able to mute other players?

3.  Is there going to be a press to talk button or will mics always have to be on?

1. Yes using your phone to talk to a guy across the map.

2. probably optional, not sure but not really realistic which this is needed.

3. Probably optional.
