When someone gets downed do the ambulance respondents get an immediate update or do other players have to call it in?  If it's like the second option where players have to call 911, will the downed players be able to call 911 themselves while they're on the ground?

I think they should be able to call 911 if they aren't unconscious.

As a life sim, I agree, I don't call people when I'm asleep.

well depending on how bad it is. if you are unconcious then someone else would have to call it in, if you are concious then you can call 911

Not able to use my bookmarks now because I'm at work, BUT according to the tweets when you're dying you get an option to call an ambulance or respawn at your living place. Also paramedics have some time limit, so if they won't arrive fast enough you'll respawn. And you can pick yourself up with bandages!

It would be great if paramedics or doctors got an alert on their map when someone is downed. That could be helpful.
