Will housing be like in GTA V where we all go to the same building but different instances of the same room are created per character? or will it be like Player_A owns this house and no one else can buy it?

Another question; Will the current player president be able to set Castle Doctrine or will lethal force be illegal at all times in this game?

You can live in an apartment like in gta v, but you will also be able to find a house around and outside the city, where nobody else can buy it.

theres both. there are apartments which can house unlimited players, and there are also houses where there can only be 1 owner at a time (though the owner can choose people to live with them if they want)

only 1 house can be owned by a player, and they can choose to rent it out to players if they so wish.
