If you go on a official server and claim your rewards, you will have those on all official servers as it's the same database and so you can only claim it once on given server but receiving them on all. On private servers you will get the rewards also but you get if you join / claim them on that server but I am not sure if this is on private servers but I am sure it will be because the devs know that players will not all be on the official servers.
