I know you won't be able to climb buildings at first but could be implemented in the future, same with rope I am sure and I am unsure about a climbing wall as that will be fun to do. You will be able to jump fences but not like extremely high fences and they will be fairly high I am sure but @HairyGrenade please confirm if any of my info is right.
