Posted December 12, 2016 City Councils would add a life-like feature to Identity. They could regulate public transport, waste disposal and keep the streets and parks clean, as well as public buildings (ie library). They could set taxes within the city for leasing shop buildings etc to help cover the costs. Councils would be comprised of a few players. They could even organise street fairs, festivals and market days (ie farmers markets and craft markets). Markets could be a fun way to interact with people, as well as a place to make profit.
