Posted December 12, 2016 (edited) I was thinking it would be neat if land owners (probably only owners of commercially zoned lots) could change the style and exterior of the building. Example; The player wants to upgrade a gungy looking convenience store to a slightly nicer looking one. Or, the player wants to change the colour scheme on the exterior, or even add foliage and seats outside to make it look more welcoming. Obviously this will cost the player money, but will affect the land value of the property.
