Will there be a Single-player mode or will it always be multiplayer?

I think having a SP mode with AI instead of real people would be cool for people who does not want to play MP all the time or maybe struggles getting anywhere in popular MP servers because they are killed all the time or everything is bought already.

Ok, How will the killing system be? I feel like you would be shot at the moment you enter the city like in ArmA.
