Posted December 4, 2016 Evictions-Will there be a system to evict someone from a house they are renting from you? For example, they don't pay rent and you've asked them to many times but they won't so you evict them. And the eviction will stay on their record, so when they go to rent a new house the owner of the house can see the eviction on their record for not paying rent. Posted December 5, 2016 It could work like a system in Germany called SCHUFA. If you are paying your Rents or the interest on the loan you took, you will get an entry into your SCHUFA register. So for example in this case, when the person(let's say he´s called Hendrik) doesn't pay its rent, the owner of the building could just report that to the SCHUFA and they will make an entry in the person register. If this Hendrik wants to lease a car or wants to get a new flat, the company or house owner could check that register and see if Hendrik is a reliable Payer.
