Hello! My questions is if the beta has started yet, so when I buy the beta access, can I start instantly or do I have to wait until the beta starts?

Beta is due in a year! Late 2017, 1/3 module due Early 2017 and Full game release due After beta Late 2017/ Early 2018. Now please read all information/ resources on this site before asking the questions.
