Will there be bans from this game, if you do Rand death match or use your vehicle to vehicle death match?

I would say yes but when you have reason for example the classic robbery that is a reason to kill him but when you don´t give him time to react,I would count it as a RDM,VDM

in the official servers, I doubt it very much, this will be a thing that private/ community servers will enforce on players. These 2 things (RDM and VDM) are inevitable to get rid of. Official servers will have a system to stop excessive killing.
