Posted December 2, 2016 You've created such an in depth housing system but you need people who know what they are doing to set the prices for houses, manage builds/properties and set up showings and barter deals with high value clients. If HGTV taught me anything its that real estate is no joke. you need some grit and suave to get the deal! Allow players to purchase sales rights to a building. set up different options for tenants to buy into, pre furnished, unfurnished, developments, as well as business properties and land for sale. not everyone who moves to the city will have a pre furnished, established rent house to move right into!
