First question: Will this game have push to talk? Or will it be open mic restricted?

 

Second Question: Will this game be on steam? Or will it be through your own launcher?

Push to talk, the modules and beta will be through a launcher downloaded on the website, full release will be on steam.

No release dates are set in stone yet, but the beta right now is to be expected in late 2017 with the modules releasing before the beta.
