Posted September 3, 2016 Donnie grew up in the 60’s in Key West, Florida. As he grew up the rise of Colombian immigration into Florida was hot. Fidel Castro forced thousands of his people into America that made by fear of war. The FBI and local police panic. Running background checks on anybody and everybody that stepped off that boat. During the 70’s night clubs and drugs were hot, weed mostly. And that's what Donnie did with his free time. Drugs were an amazing pass time when you weren't out getting into trouble with other things. But then the 80’s hit, cocaine was being brought straight from Cuba and distributed into every street corner in Miami. Donnie grew up seeing his friends controlled by it. Shaped and molded by a drug that would eventually kill them. He soon enlisted into police training where he passed with almost flying colors. He was far from perfect but he knew what he needed to do. In the 90’s Donnie was a patrolman where he did regular traffic stops and pat downs of suspects. And after 7 years of doing his dues he was finally promoted to Detective. There he's seen everything from murder to simple stolen property. He's never been squeaky clean but he's always been loyal to the force. Never turning his back. In 2013 he was transferred over to The Island where he's solved murder cases and busted gang members. And with all these new people coming into The Island he's got new people to look out for.. Or new customers .
