No, you can only have 1 Career (police, EMS or Fire-Fighter.) You can only be in one Organisation also at a time.

But cant you have two accounts? 

ex. for me, My first account is Luca, the boss of an Italian mafia, my second is vice president of an MC. Both have no relation to each other what so ever.
