Will there be a D.O.T service in Identity?

I think it would be cool if there was a D.O.T service with towing service included. like lets say a patrol officer is pursuing a traffic stop and he has to arrest the suspect for whatever reason what would you do with the vehicle ? my idea of the model of the tow truck is this...
