Posted August 10, 2016 1. I'd advise reading up on other organisations and adding more info to your post as there is a lack of it. Who is behind it? What will they do? Where is it based? What's the name of it??? 2. I would also advise maybe joining a crime family that is already set up as with the amount of mafias on here it will be very hard for you to set up and gain members.
