The game will include artificial intelligence? What languages will have ?

Hello , I speak Spanish and would like to know which languages will have this game, and if there will be artificial intelligence?

Hola! AI and Non-playable-characters will be limited to store vendors and some public transport. There will not be AI wandering around the streets like in GTA.

The base language will be English, however i am sure that the community will mod the game to add more languages. Either that or the development team will translate it themselves.
