Well this should be in the Q&A section @HairyGrenade, 

The devs have stated that Identity will not be on console for the initial launch of the game but they will look into consoles later/ after PC release and they make no promises about releasing it for console. I also think it will be only the next generation consoles that they would release it to if ever.

Consoles will probably not be in 2017 so i suggest if you start saving money not to because there is a lot of uncertainty right now

ATTENTION DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Development team a very important thing that I always hate in game developers is that they hardly ever release games on Mac, I would love you so much and back you 100% if you can confirm that you WILL release this game on Mac, and Windows. Macs have pretty good specs and its a shame to put them to waist. Identity has so much potential to be one of the greatest games ever please, don't ruin it by being windows only.

lol. Do you think because of your post the developer will answer soon and confirm the mac version for you? Especialy if you use bigger fonts and other colours for your text? 

It will be released for Linux and Mac AFTER the Windows release. But no ETA on this and i don't know how much time it will take after the win release to release it on mac and linux.
