I don't know where else to post this, and I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

How much will an apartment be? I want to get the 60$ pledge just for the car, yet It does not include an apartment. also, only 1,000 dollars.

I need a car for my crew, and I am not apart of an MC. (my other character is and will have an apartment but I want separate apartments because they will not have any affiliation with each other) I need this characters (luca) apartment to hold pistols, weed and for their to hold some of my friends. 

So the cheapest house, maybe, 600 bucks? 500? including garage of course

Well the devs say that money will be close to the real thing and so youd guess that prices would too. Either theyd boost down the price of housing or maybe housing is more of a goal to reach, possibly being hundreds of thousands of dollars for a house and even more as you go up to high end stuff.

We are currently unsure what exactly the prices will be, but currency in Identity will be pretty realistic. So you can kind of get an idea of costs from that.

so 500 sq ft apartment would be around 406 dollars a month 

cost per 500 sq feet 1,000$ roughly when buying. Rent per sq ft 4.60$. (NYC 2015)

So isnt identity based around Georgia / south / north Carolina?

Wilmington NC. cost per 500 sq ft 406$ when buying.  Per sq ft 0.81$ when renting. (Wilmington NC 2015)

To rent is literally 1 dollar cheaper.

Cost to buy in game? I'm gonna say 1000 dollars 

Furnish? extra 250/350?

So around 1350 dollars to buy and furnish for a 500 sq ft apartment 

 as you can see, a huge fucking apartment. the smallest apartment has to be at least 300 sq ft, sooo 200$ less for a studio apartment? I better be buying instead of renting. 

 

Lets do even more math. 

 

Weed, my main profit 

Seeds: 2-5 dollars, lets just say 5 dollars. 

20 seeds - 100 bucks

20 plants

3.5 ounces per plant 

250$ for an ounce of some goood weed 

5000 $$$$$$

4900 $$$$$

that's 4 apartments and some new pistols
