How will politics work in Identity?

Hello! I just recently became part of the Identity community, and after hearing a lot about the game, I am considering having a career in politics when the game comes out. But I am wondering how politics will work in Identity, since people being online at different times will make it difficult and chaotic to have an election and campaigns?

I think a better place to ask this is in the Q&A section @HairyGrenade this is a question and easier answered in the questions area.

Also @OneOutOfTen Yes it may be hard to have elections only from in-game but using a forum as a guidance would make it easier so people don't miss it.
