Instruments and Music Production?

Will you guys have instruments so that if you want to be a singer in a band or start a band you can?  Also maybe create an ingame software for ingame computers to make instrumentals? Maybe for later considering theres only so much you can have in the game?

I am sure they have said you can make a band in game if you wanted.
