Posted May 4, 2016 I would love to see negotiations during hostage situations between law enforcement and the criminals. Law Enforcement could do things such as cut the building's power, and the criminals in response would use the hostages lives as bargaining chips. I dunno, I think it would make things really interesting for both sides in the situation and depending on who is talking to who will change how the whole situation ends up.
