If you bought on website you need to link your steam account to your identityrpg.com account and it will give you a steam key. Beta is not out yet, ONLY the Town Square Module. Your pledged apartment is the only thing you can get and claim right now. When you're in the Town Square you'll hit Esc button, then Claim Pledged Items. 2 more modules, and then the beta release, and then the game release after that.
