is town square released and able to be played?

I have the citizen and founder bundles but i do not want to repurchase these items in the steam store, is there a way for me to download the game yet or no? it says it was supposed to be released on November 30th. Any help would be appreciated it, Ive been wanted to play this game for a couple years now.

What you're going to want to do is go to Identityrpg.com and go to your account settings. link your steam account to your Identity account. Once done your Steam Key should show up where you linked accounts. Copy that key, open steam, go to Games, select activate product on steam. Paste the code and activate. The Town Square will begin to download.
