How to start the game through Steam

Dear friends, I found some issues with starting the game. I mean I bought the 30$ package and I followed the steps which I found in the forum how to start the game through Steam. I did those steps, but the game didn't appear in my games list. Can you help me please to understand how I can make that game to appear in my Steam's game list and start downloading it? The steps I did were as follows: Profile --> Account --> Account Security --> Steam and there I gave my Steam's username and pass. Now there is an inscription "Linked". I don't understand anything.

You should have a key where it says linked. put this key in Activate a product on steam.
