It should change to "COMPLETED". The Town Square module will be put on Steam sometime in the coming months, and then it will be pending approval by Steam. Correction, it'll be published to steam by the end of the month and then will be verified by steam which will take up to a few weeks and then we'll be able to play hopefully before November ends.
