Passport uses

So here is a simple question, about the passport pre-order item.

 

Is it a one time use? Meaning that we use it to create one character, then that's it? Or can we use it as many times as we like on as many characters?

Your passport gives you access to the game.  You’ll have 3 character slots.

Your passport will give you access to the game, it doesn't affect any of your characters. And as said previously, you'll be able to create up to three characters.

So you can use your 3 characters for all servers or do you have to create new charactors for all servers

The way it will work is that you will create 3 characters, and you can enter any servers with them. But what happens on Server A stays in Server A and is not transferred to Server B.

Passport = Full Game Access and when the full game release you will get 3 characters on Official servers and on Private servers will be entirely be separated from all other servers.

With the Modules and Beta, there will be 3 characters but they will be wiped at full release because then you won't miss out on any character customisation options which get added closer to full release.

PS: you only get 1 passport because it is game access for your steam account you use / redeem the steam key on.

But now here's another question, is it three characters ever? Or three character slots?

What I mean is, can we make three characters, and then have to buy another passport? Or can we have three characters at a time, and when we delete one we get to free up a slot and make a new one?

So if you wanted to join more than 3 servers do you have to create a 4th charactor and save it on one of your 3 slots or will you be able to use any of the 3 slots in any server?

You are only able to create 3 characters. If you want to join a different server you have to choose one of the characters you already created to join that server.

That's pretty cool then I thought it would of been like most games for example just survive. Every server you join you must start with a fresh charactor . But cool I like the sound of choosing with your 3 slots

No the 3 characters you have created will be available on any server you join. However your items and money and stuff won’t transfer over from server to server.
