Will diseases and other ideas be incorporated into Identity?

 

Also - and I apologize if this has been asked and answered - but happens if your character dies (inflicted wounds and other matters)? Will one have to start over?

1. 1. The devs want to eventually add in diseases.
2. 2. If your character dies, you will be unconcious for a short time until the paramedic arrives. If they don't get to you and revive you on time then you will respawn at your last bind location. You will lose things like Money and guns etc. which are on your character at the time. You can't lose the clothing or your in game phone though.
