Posted April 30, 2018 Hello @Whitey Please make sure to add noreply@identityrpg.com to your contact list. Whether it makes it to junk/spam folder or not depends on your email service provider. I have seen other emails coming from a certain email address that was sent to my spam folder, which I had to add to my contact list in order to fix that issue.
