What is expected now is all the refunds they will be giving out from all the people who paid so much money and said "if it gets delayed again I'll ask for a refund". Honestly speaking, along with this delay (which they said will be minor), they did release a task manager so I honestly believe it will be more transparent and visible as to when it will be released (or, at least, so I hope).
