One would assume you'll create your character, then you'll explore the town square and during your exploration whether it's testing out housing or experiencing all that's available you'll meet other players and you'll be able to swap in game contact details and presumably add each other on steam, it's basically the ability to do everything that's available within town square I.e. socialising, grabbing a bite to eat with friends, going to the cinema etc so on and so forth

You'll get to see everything that they have in store for town square and what they've been hard at work for. Hopefully it's good

There are 3 modules and the beta before the full game is released. There is no way to know when it will release. We need to go and get 1 thing at a time. IMO we have at least 2 years, If I were to guess. but that is purely my opinion and there is no ETA on when anything else other than module 1 is releasing.
