So, I thinked of sending letters and e-mails. Will something like that be in Identity?

In the video that is available in identity there is a messenger on the computer that you can put in your house. This will be on the computer and most likely your phone aswell

You will be able to receive, even deliver, both email and postal mail! Every house and apartment in Identity has a mailbox, which means anything you receive, from newspapers, to items mailed to you by a friend can be found there. We have even devised a neat system where mail actually has to be delivered by a player before you receive it, and if you aren't interested in waiting, you can actually go deliver your own mail to your house.

With emails it shouldn't just magically create you an email with your name after buying a computer, you should have to create it yourself, and maybe even create more than one for different uses such as junk mail, or scamming people.
