Will the game have any security guards jobs or a private security sector where you can found your own security firm ?

It will be down to the player creating the business. You would have to get any weapons separated as it won't be a thing coming with the business and so it would be up to you to get guns / supplies if you wanted them. Most of it will be down to the player for that type of Business.
