You don’t need to sleep as there is no affect on you

You will be able to lay on your bed for the roleplay experience and to make it more realistic.

There likely won't be anything like a buff for sleeping. You can lie down in a bed, yes, but it'd just be silly to jump in and out of the bed and immediately get a buff from that. And nobody is going to want to actually wait there in-bed for more than maybe enough time for a brief break from playing just for a buff I'd think.
