Some Questions and Suggestions.

Questions :

-there is only public server's? like if you get 1k on server #1 on any server you will have 1k or the database for all server its not same?

-if they are Private server's [created by community] the owner can add mods/new texture and get options like map editor/Scripting etc.

Suggestions :

if you are the chief of police, you can create new units/departments like sert/swat/marshals if they not exist,and you can change everything in the police like rangs etc

There will be official public servers aswell as custom (player rented only) servers. In terms of what transfers through each server, we don’t entirely know yet. Money might, it might not. It’s a decision yet to be made

For custom servers you will be able to add mods, but only IF modding support ever makes it to the game. We can’t confirm modding will ever be available in Identity. We hope it’s possible but there’s no way to say for sure.

It's been said there will be public and community rented servers. It's not 100% confirmed, but I think money, items and houses/apartments will not transfer. The pledge rewards will transfer though, like the apartment and car for example.

They might consider modding support but it's not going to be guaranteed to be there.

You'll be able to have more control over who joins as a police officer, but I'm not sure if they'll plan to add more control over which ranks you can make.

I believe that if you play on the official servers then, your character, Pledge items, Also cars which were purchased in game will also transfer and aswell as the money you have in your bank. At the same time, if you have 0 in your bank then you will have 0 on the 2nd server.

Q: Modding Support?
A: We're exploring this as a possibility, but a decision regarding mods likely won't be reached until several years after the full game is out.

No, Chief of Police cannot do that, but on a private server. The Owner can create his ranks for the server.
