Will this be treated as a psychological malaise and will the prosecuted be able to be proven innocent using this *excuse*

(Personally I think Affluenza is bull and should not be allowed as an excuse in Identity; It's the belief that because someone is so rich and spoiled that they do not have common sense for feelings of guilt and lack of motivation).

I also think it's bullshit, since they're rich they should have even a higher education than anybody else so no, i don't think it will be an excuse.
