So, I heard there will be things not allowed on public servers like unmarked cars. Can all these types of things be given a option for private servers?

I'm sure you can! If not im sure someone is going to make a mod or a skin for a car (kinda like lspdfr).

Modding will not be supported, but I was asking if those abilities will be made by Identity for private server immersion.

From what I remember I think private servers will be able to make there own rules and do whatever they want with the platform.

Yes, I am aware of them being able to change many things for their servers. I poorly worded this and apologize. I just mean't in terms of marked vehicles and similar things.

There are no unmarked cars in the game but it could be added in the far future.
