Salutations everyone, Our new website went live over the weekend! You’ll now see an updated FAQ section, revamped account system, an improved presentation, and more! We’ll continue to add more content to the site as time goes on, and you can expect to see the next Identity Insider very shortly! Last month’s Dev Blog mentioned we’ll be seeing one pertaining to “criminal activity and gameplay”, so stay tuned! Out of all the areas on our website, the shop page arguably received the biggest overhaul. It has an entirely new look, and you can now purchase items individually rather than in packages. Still, the packages that you saw on the old site remain available to purchase at the exact same prices they were before. You’ll also notice that some packages have even had items appended to their contents! (See: Up-Sized and The VIP) The original plan was to keep the packages found on the old website as they were for exactly one week after the new shop went live. We intended to take them down after seven days, leaving only the individual items remaining. However, since PayPal is currently the only payment option we offer, we will be extending the duration for how long these packages will remain available. It would be unfair to those who are ready to make a purchase but don’t have access to a PayPal account, so you can expect to see the packages stay up for a little while longer. Once we secure more payment options, we’ll be sure to let users know how long they have to purchase one of the older packages. Regarding tweaks to individual items, we’ll be changing around the “Custom Logo” item sometime this week. We weren’t very clear with what this item granted, so you’ll see “Custom T-Shirt Graphic” take its place. Those who purchased the “Custom Logo” item will be able to import a custom corporate logo in the full game. (Of course, if you aren’t satisfied with this change, feel free to contact me and I’ll get your account fixed up.) For reference, the “Custom T-Shirt Graphic” item will allow users to produce 10 T-Shirts with an imported image of their choosing. The “Custom Logo” item will allow your imported image to appear on items such as clothing, furniture, and even your corporation’s in-game website page. The “Custom T-Shirt Graphic” will display the image on the front of the T-Shirt, whereas the “Custom Logo” will appear in small designated areas on crafted items for branding purposes. If you happen to purchase the “Custom Logo” item before it gets replaced with the “Custom T-Shirt Graphic”, then lucky you! We may see it return someday, but for now, it’ll remain off the shop page once “Custom T-Shirt Graphic” takes its place. Once again, if you aren’t happy with this change, contact me and I’ll see what I can do for you! Another thing to mention is that our web developer has been hard at work fixing a few oddities that have popped up with the new site. If any of you suspect that something isn’t working quite as intended, feel free to message me and I’ll send your concerns to him! August 17th Edit: As of 3:45PM ET today, users who sent password recovery emails should receive a working key to log into their account. Changing passwords is still causing some problems for some users, so keep this key handy to get into your account. Gifting oddities are being addressed, and anyone who has had any items not reach their recipient should message me. I try to login any of the 3 ways nothing happens, I try clicking the recovery buttons for username and password fill in that info nothing happens its like these buttons aren't coded properly or something. The shop has nothing in it and the statistics section is blank too.

Loving the implementations on the new site so far! Wondering what everyone else things in regards to the design and new implementations since the upgrade. However, there does seem to be a bug in regards to the customisation of profiles as I can not seem to change the profile picture. Once activated through clicking on the avatar icon, I get redirected to pick an image from my computer: Despite having a selection, the avatar does not seem to update! Overall, I do find the various banners as a nice feature for this new site. Looking forward to see you all in-game soon! (hopefully)

I Love the new design on the new website and the new things we can buy in the shop. The only thing that i think is sad that i can't see my profile i the top right corner in the Identity forums, i don't know if this is a bug or it is meant to do that.

So I found myself today with a new fresh lookin’ website, but for me it seems to be just a “reskin” of the old one. Forum site didn’t change completely. I was wondering what you guys are thinking about it.

I have seen others mention in the ts discord that a more detailed tracker is coming with the new website, however it would be great if we could get a little more detail on the 3 tasks that have remained in testing for some time. Without knowing what they are it becomes more difficult to defend the time taken. Even knowing just the task names would dramatically help enabling the community to manage expectations. If there were a Blocked by phase etc so we know more why something isnt moving this would be even more awesome too. To be clear, like most of us I am happy to wait till it is ready, I just prefer to have an explanation ready to tell people I share news about the game with encouraging more to buy-in etc. It's also nice for being able to roughly plan/guess when to book in time-off work etc to enjoy that beta phase too

So many neat little features which pop to your eyes when you click on them and you be like wow, they even have implementet this thing. Alone the privat message box. All other things. I cant just explain it, you need to discover it yourself cuz ive already forgot half of them again.

So I just read a post from the moderator Lucky Duck and he said the new website should be released hopefully by next week. Along with the website we should get some gameplay for the TS module. What do you guys think about this news?

In-game you could be able to create your own site. Most sites can be accessed normally, and would be like shopping or job applications for your businesses, but criminal websites need a passcode. Criminal sites are like a chatroom where users in a gang can post pictures or coordinate their group.

Will careers like "Transportation" "Retail" "Medical" and "Agriculture" have their own tabs like "Police" "Crime" and "Politics" do? The "Other" careers section appears to be very clustered with many of the same ideas, but people don't seem to know it because there are other career ideas constantly overlapping the forum very quickly. Having new tabs for careers that are already confirmed to be in game can help reduce the same questions being asked if people go to the specific tabs they already want to know more about. Since even when using the "search" bar you may get more information you aren't interested in "ideas & suggestions" may not be very informative to the reader but it is more than likely to pop up.

Already suggested, but i'll add to it. It'd be cool to allow shops and businesses to create their own website to; Showcase and sell their products and merchandise Place orders with shipping companies Advertise job vacancies which players can apply at Display contact details and addresses There could even be an online yellow pages for easy access to addresses and phone numbers. Business owners could also create advertisements for online use. This would cost money (probably paid to the server) and would vary in size.

I think a shoutbox would be good. Put a 3 minute message cooldown on it though. I recently made a post that shouldn't be a post as its very short, so a shoutbox would be good for this kind of stuff.
