  2. I have posted a challenge for the criminals on the hideout section. It is an encoded message which they must resolve. You are to assume that by solving this, it will be a huge risk to national security. This will be a good practise for your abilities. Your mission, should you chose to accept, is to decode the message before they can and protect the city. Beware, this isn't some game. If they manage to solve it before you, you may regret it. The losing team will receive a punishment, not an obvious one however. A subtle one that you will not realise has happened until it is too late. Good luck.
