So let's say I convert an apartment into a set for the show and work as a camera man, streaming what she does on stage as if I'm a camera man. This would be streamed through youtube/twitch. Could users tune in using their televisions? (I'm honestly not sure how the televisions work)

Not sure if this was recommended already, but while I was searching the forum I came across somebody making a Boxing League and I got an idea. What if the devs somehow found a way to livestream the fights, so then people can watch them live on their TVs at home? Also this could open avenue to new careers, such as sports-casting, venue-management, coaches, fighters, etc.

I don't know if something like this is in the works, but there should be some kind of competitive racing motorsport league(s). If it isn't feasable, then a simple underground one will work fine, but I think if this game stays true and adds content continuously this can really add another popular area of gameplay. I also do not really know how far in depth this game will go. Maybe to go along with this and other careers there can be a news/television career that can do interviews, report news, commentate on sports and events, etc. It would be nice to have multiple player based news or TV stations. Note: These should probably be a in the not-so-near future so a stable base game can be made and fit enough typical audiences to have a large playerbase before specific careers like these are added. I could list more but I'll refrain. tl;dr: A professional racing career area, and a news/television career area to be made way later on in the dev cycle, if additional things like this will be added

I think it would be cool to have a way for content creators to use in-game currency to purchase television, radio or billboard time/space to promote their youtube or twitch channels. I would suggest an in-game threshold of achievements or experience to allow players to spend in-game currency to submit specifically geared advertisements to be used in-game. Maybe requiring the video ad to be recorded using in-game footage or audio recordings or billboards that would all require mod/admin approval. Games have always done better than expected when a live streaming or youtube community is supporting it, on top of the support they already have. Allowing dedicated players to earn their right to show the community their content would encourage more creators to use the game for even more future content. The only issues would be the potential for the "youtube" effect where over time real advertisers begin mucking up the lighthearted point of promoting the games own community. This would probably fare well for the dev team and could help expand the game even more, but is just something that could happen if the game impresses the amount of people a game like this should. Another issue would be larger youtubers from doing the same thing, but in the long run it would help the community more. I'm just rambling by this point. Just my suggestion, not something that I have thought about too deeply or would feel inclined to press the idea. Just a random idea I thought would be neat, to go along with the already shown TV system.

Alright, so I had this idea just now. What if there were playable game consoles or games within this game? It doesn't have to be anything fancy, it could just be some free flash games or something. When playing these games time passes within the game world and you have to keep track of it and make sure that you take care of things such as needs or jobs. The same could go for using TVs in the game. You could just do something like allow access to YouTube videos or something. What does everyone think of this idea?.
