  1. For players like myself with a spare room to rent: Please allow for a simple contract negotiation between two players where an amount is entered and a time frame is established. Have the amount directly transferred from the renters account into the landlords account on the first of every month. Failure to pay due to lack of funds would activate an eviction option that gives the lessee 30 days time to find a hotel or other place to move. This will encourage people to strive to get that extra room!
