As the title suggest, wouldn't it be nice if there were some Unemployment Benefits in place? Of course, it should only be received if you get fired from a job, and not when you quit it yourself. It would be nice social security thing, we all will pay taxes for, no doubt. And I'd prefer seeing money spend like this, than most of it going into the pockets of politicians. That's how the world works in real life, I'd prefer to prevent this from happening in Identity. This is how is works in most first world countries: Quit your job = No benefits Got fired due to misconduct at work = No benefits Got fired due to "economical reasons" = Benefits Of course benefits do get lower over time, to make sure you're actively looking for another job. If it takes too long, benefits get cancelled. You then either take a job washing dishes or so, or become a bum. Your choice.
