Hi there, everyone!
I got a thing here for both Developers and passerby's. After looking carefully at a few games, talking with a few people I know (with similar and non-similar interests), it seems the most of the people I talked to would like for actions to be shown. For example, Like Dying Light, when you pick up items. I do admit though, the door animations are a bit.... rough. Need a better door animation. Maybe your character wants to sit down and go on the laptop that lies on their desk. You're hand would show up on the desk or on the chair (scooting it back), to center them into their seat. Perhaps animation when typing?
If you guys can, please list a few more ideas. Try to think outside of the box. So like, Picking up a box, holding it, and placing it may show your hands and animation when moving it. Not a door opening. That should be given. Then again... Games... Right. Okay, so basic and non-basic things! Second question for you all. Do you think that interaction should be at least 95% of the time?
Now the developer's turn. 1.) Is there animation interaction/actions already in the game? 2.) If not, will it be implemented? 3.) If so, when? 4.) If not, what's your reasoning?
Thanks everyone!
Chloe
