i think it should be down to who is running the server, some hardcore rp servers could choose to have night at real time night so maybe from 12am till around 6am of darkness then the non rp servers could have it more like gta time but thats just my opinion

i think tasers are one of the "police only" weapons but could be wrong

a part of me will be like that but another part might be rushing through to get to the game and see house prices like not apartments but the actual houses

but even if not, it wont be a game braking thing for me, rp can go a long way to describe your facial features in depth if needed

i'm pretty sure the mentioned something about how detailed itll be on twitter, im sure it was something like what you see in fallout ect with the face morphing ect but cant seem to find the actual tweet as it was probably a week or 2 ago

if it was closer to the 8 hour cycle then the devs said nights will be shorter than day so would probably closer to 5 or 6 hour day and 2 or 3 hour night, people with cars and houses wouldnt exactly be useless because they could spend night indoors or travel to a town but i get what you're saying and i think 4 hours would be too much for the people out the cities and towns but wouldnt like it too short either.

i actually still need to buy myself a good pc, planning on buying half of it when i get paid then the other half the next month but i honestly have no idea if im buying the right things, i have all i need for a pc and will all work together but not sure if the parts are the best i can get for the price ranges right now i have a laptop for warcraft, dayz ect but needing a pc for destiny so your idea would definitely help with that, so i can see what other people have

im not too sure about a main job so far, would love to know more about them first. i've been thinking about a criminal career but not as much simple gangs but more on a mafia side of thing, a little more class or even start a biker gang, cooking meth, selling guns ect. id also love to try out the arts, music, painting and the clothing side of the game but that'd be a side job because i dont expect to make much money from those ...after saying it i think a biker gang would be pretty fun to rp, especially with the $100 game that comes with what seems to be some kind of chopper.

that's what im hoping so there will be more chance of bigger groups of dedicated roleplayers wont end up in separate servers on release and end up with only half filled servers because of this. and im sure a few people have plans on making a run for houses to buy or rent before theyre all taken like actual houses instead of apartments, if their base price is extremely low or they are rent based then the people who pay more and get the bonus starter money would have a big advantage there so those people would be pretty annoyed if they ended up in the wrong server after "claiming" a house that would be taken in another server if they decided to move. personally id love a house but wouldnt be top priority on launch but im sure there are people who do plan on claiming a house as soon as they can.

i know its a long time away but it'd be nice to know more about people who plan on running the community servers so theres less chance of starting on one server then moving the next day because we didnt know what server would be best. i understand people probably haven't planned this far yet and we dont know too much about the servers yet so it might be a hard question to answer but if anyone was set on running a server for rp, it'd be good to see what they'd plan on enforcing i the server before launch.
