About your questions, you will only get he bike and not the car when you upgrade and you will only get 1000, not an extra 1000. Hope I answered your questions

Generally, in all RP Games (like Altis Life) there are small weapons that are legal with a licence, such as pistols, and then heavier weaponry that is illegal to carry. No sorry, Town Square is the earliest playable version of the game, so 21 March 2018 is the earliest. Gameplay vids should be out soon however, and the game possibly could come out a bit earlier than that date

No, you will have money to do what you want with and will have an apartment as long as you have the Founders+ package, but you can't make money in this module

Citizen will not get Beta access, and so you will not be able to join in with Town Square. Get founder if you want to get into the modules and play sooner

From messages in Identity's official discord (https://discord.gg/ffZ4bX8) it has been confirmed by Beach Ball that tomorrow there will be a Dev Blog with the release date in it! The Devs have been working hard and also plan to release a gameplay footage video sometime next week hopefully On top of all of this, they are making their own anti-cheat so that it is perfect for Identity. What town square will include, in the words of BeachBall the community manager, "town square is pretty much what the name implies, get to check out stuff regarding housing (apartments), cinema, karaoke, social aspect stuff." Later on will come the SWAT Module, which will include some guns to include gunfights to the game, then next should be the racing module, with streets, racetracks and cars.
