IF. Yes. But, the team has stated previously that licencing is way outside budget. Therefore in game brands may be similar, but nothing will be branded. An idea: if brands were to advertise in Identity, we then could have EVERYTHING be branded. but wont Identity then be some kind of marketing tool? Nevertheless a curious topic!

So I don't want to speak for "everyone" just myself. I am excited to get hands on with my character! I will begin to create my Identitiy. That's it. Some people are ready to start shooting, or want to start a business already, or explore the whole map, or customize their house. Or car. I don't really care. I'm gonna sit back and wait for the devs to do they thing. That's it. When TSM is out I will be in there. Like I'm here. I just want to be part of it and meet and interact with others, mature and immature alike. THANKS LEXAN!!! I don't follow as much as I should but I log in to the community to check in on stuff. I appreciate the info sharing! Deadlines on game developers are stressful! I've read that bugs are common on the game code towards the end of the process so that's why most games dont get an official lauch day till the game is finished and polished. Look at other games that do announce deadlines and launch dates. Fans get irritated at the broken promises. Studios sometimes try to push out an inferior game to avoid the broken promise and the game then disappoints and everyone is unhappy. September maybe?? Town Square Module !!! Can't WAIT !!

What up homies? I'm BlazinBender! Though I've been known to respond to Omar... ? (Crickets) Anyway... I've read a few introductory posts and I feel I should share a bit about myself. I've always gamed on consoles. I've been at arms length with computer games most of my life! For shame! My kids, though, who are Minecraft gamers, have broadened my horizons and I can now see the light of PC Gaming breaking through the console haze! And I've been playing wide range of genres over the years! I'm no expert, but I loved many classic games myself and Ive always loved RPGs (Zelda) and FPSs (Doom) also Mortal Kombat, Tekken, and Super Street Fighter! Nintendo! SNES! N64! Xbox, 360, PS, PS2, PS4 When I first started learning about MMO games I didn't know how to begin. I know basic computer stuff and how to work with my hands. I'm a mechanical person in my profession. And I love to get hands on any do it yourself project. I tried some pc games but I was not ready with both hardware and/or software demands to play "new" games let alone some massive multiplayer online game! So I grew up with consoles. Thank you for reading this far!!! All of what I expressed is so you can maybe understand why what you're about to read is so important to me, When I discovered "Identity" I was intrigued! Its beyond words! The game experience alone promises a revolution! I'm sort of an introvert yet for me to be writing all this feels strangely comforting. The reason I went out and found a nice Gaming PC and Keyboard and Mouse and pledged is because I feel like "Identity" will not only reward its players with many memorable moments with great in-game content, but the community is already here, interacting, improving the game already. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to be part of this odyssey with everyone! I have no plans for a career or a job but I'm sure I'll find my "Identity" along you all! That sounds like a political debate. Not sure we can make straw man arguments with hypothetical info on an unfinished game and have a concrete solution. I understand where you're coming from but you are getting into the laws of the town and wages and prison terms and crimes and I'm just not sure there's enough info to go on. And as far as the police doing their job, I was referring to the fact that I'm not worried about vandalism to my property to loose sleep over. By the way, are you thinking of stockpiling cash!!? I believe we will have vehicle insurance and in that case if your vehicle is stolen it will be returned to you. So insurance is available. We're just gonna have to wait and see if it includes profit from businesses. As far as homeowners I'm not sure since it's also been explained that no player is allowed into your dwelling without your authority. A place of business can be a target for criminals and that will add to the experience of the game I guess, and as far as vandalism on property I'll let the police do their job. After all it's why we pay taxes! Interesting question for sure!
