Dont hold your breath. These devs have not said anything for over 6 months. I hope theyre not crashing and burning, but who knows. I also fear that we all got shafted and robbed. They may be planning their exit strategy. (run out the back door in the middle of the night) If this game does come out I'm gonna be very surprised. Who knows how much debt they have currently, and if steam sales are in the red or black. Now if they have money troubles they may need a different job just to get out of debt, and then, who knows, if the funding dries out, will they have investors? With investors, there are always strings attached. I dont want to believe that they squandered our money and now they just flipping us the bird currently, but that may be whats really happening behind the scenes. They probably will abandon this project and go apply for some 9-5 somewhere just to get themselves out of the hole they dug themselves into. I hope the game gets finished, but with no word from these I.T. guys playing developers, who knows how this cookie will crumble.

How much risk are you taking by spending $30 on a game? too much? then beware of the consequences. yet because they spend a handful of singles now they feel they can harass and bully the company and it's employees. I for one can't stand them. If you can't afford to LOOSE what you put in then DON'T RISK IT! Find a finished game and enjoy. Identity is a passion project, to which I have my boarding pass for, if and when it's finished, I give props to the devs for fighting the good fight. Maybe sometime next year the devs will post an update, and that's fine with me, I am a gamer and I play MANY games. I have a feeling when this game releases i'm gonna dump 100's of hours into it. So maybe the moderators will respond to you regarding this issue, yet I want to share my experience. This is a bug that keeps coming back, the team has fixed this issue previously and the module worked as intended, for the most part. It may be a few days, but the bug will be addressed. Again, this bug is not new, and it's the code not the hardware, and the dev team will take care of it.

Seriously though, how can anyone say there is lack of direction? There is abundant proof to claim the has been extensive work done. There are people employed at this company. It is a business. Employees at any job need to perform or they will loose the job. Likewise, again, the employee is expecting employment with some longevity and some measure of job security. Maybe the salary? other benefits? Personally, I don't imagine many people out there would want a job that couldn't provide some of these basic requirements. Secondly, if one of their employees ever wants to find a new opportunity maybe with a more recognized industry name (like Take Two, Bethesda ,Team 7, CD Projekt Red, Namco, etc, or work for Microsoft or Sony, for example. Nintendo?) on a first party title, I imagine that employee will be thinking about their positive impact during their time at Asylum Entertainment. All the employees, maybe at least most, want whats best for themselves and the company. The project they are part of will reflect that. The world is not perfect. When you get knocked down, you learn to get up, and keep going, keep moving forward, regardless or maybe even because of the naysayers. Sometimes it's plan "B" on deck. Sometimes plan "C". I am not working on the game. I can't comment on the state of the game right now. What I do have access to, which is the Town Square module, is awesome in my own personal opinion, bugs and all.

It's not a scam. The game is being developed and worked on daily. Now if you don't have the patience to wait and can't appreciate the work and progress being made, then that's a "you" problem. Today's youth needs instant gratification, well too bad. This isn't 'fortnite', if this applies to you, then move along. People crying about their $10 or $30 or whatever can't understand there are people who pledged way higher than that and are being patient. Haters gonna hate. I want to know how I can get into my one bedroom luxury apartment that I paid for, not just preview it from elevator menu. The only room allowed to be edited is the lousy studio at 410. Well there have been some hot fix updates but I am still only allowed to customize the lame 410 room. Thats NOT what I paid for or what was promised.... this is frustrating. I WANT ACCESS TO MY ONE BED LUX APT!!!!! BS
