Art Gallery and the Library are the same building but the library is the upstairs part. Also yes it is correct they did say the 3 of them were being finished off.

FYI this is not anything to do with the game and it says by the author of the video in his comments that I leaked this. I can tell you all I have never seen anything like this until now.

Is streaming or recording allowed for the Town Square module?

You are not forced into doing anything and Yes the devs confirmed you can record in the early stages e.g. the modules and beta. You don't have to record if you don't want to mate. -
The devs said that painting will be a thing in the town square and likely that you can like submit the paintings to the art gallery which would be cool for people to see other's creations. Also reading will also be something I am sure and well as much as we would like it early, the devs are not ready to release it before these are done.

The modules are alpha and were never the beta. The Beta is the closest thing we will get to the game. People have been calling the modules Beta but really they are not.

1. I don't know if there is a radio on bus' and also no you cannot download / import / upload playlists from anything. 2. You will have to be a in a business / company to be able to operate / have the bus' as assets. 3. I am sure there will be exterior work you can do but interior I am not sure. 4. If you want to drive legally then you have to take a tutorial which acts as a test. 5. To get what job? If the business owner wants to give a interview then yes, on a career no but a tutorial will act as a qualification for becoming a cop.

If you can run GTA 5, Arma 3 or ARK then you should be alright.

Do you mean can you upgrade it in the game? If that is what you mean then, I believe you will have to buy a complete new apartment in the game and no option to upgrade it.

The way they are likely going to be doing it is by "pledge" rank names. I cannot be sure of this but it is likely that as that is usually what developers do for it's early backers. -

Graphic tablets likely won't work in-game at this stage or even at full release, but they could add it for full release so need to wait and see.

Hey, just so you know; no one will be on the register for any store, that is handled by NPC's as the job would not always get filled by a player in most cases. Also you may already know that you won't be starting your business until Beta or the full release as the TS module won't have any jobs etc. (I understand you likely know this but just wanted to make sure of it).

Unfortunately on official servers, bar's are safe zones and cannot be player owned I believe. However it is a long time off and they could change their decision. -LuckyDuck.

Hey there, I can tell you now that official servers will have no one other than a dev a such as the Police Chief. This could change at a later point but it is better this way. Police cannot use taxes to pay off snitches, that would be you paying out of your own money more of. The Mayor/ governor is in power by votes and cannot be voted out I believe, (I might be wrong on this one)but once the governors term finishes if he didn't do good then people won't vote for him again. -LuckyDuck. -
To access the Modules, Beta or the game you must pledge $15 to get the full game at release. $30 for Modules, Beta and the full game. All tests are closed to backers.

The radio host is not currently a paid job but an extra thing for players to do.

There are websites that you buy the parts and then they build you the PC for you I am certain. I bought a Gaming PC and so you can buy a gaming PC or select parts so that it can be built for you or just buy the parts and have a friend build it for you. So really you got 3 options.
