Don't forget the stress system prevent mass slaughter on public servers and also while guns will be expensive and rare for big guns. If you die you will lose them unlike GTA where you can carry all the weapons you bought and when you die you still have them.

Ingame Bans
LuckyDuck replied to dashingzowie11's question in Tourism (Q&A)
If you mic spam, you likely will be temporary muted on official servers if anything and with killing anyone there is a system called the stress system to prevent that. There is not a rule like RDM, NLR, CDM or stuff. If on a private server, the staff there can be more strict and so you can be permanently banned from their servers but on official servers you won't be banned permanently unless you hack/ cheat/ exploit or glitch likely. -
Yes each city is centred around different US city's like 1 of Identity's cities is like a New York, Atlanta and another city but the laws in game don't generally get put as the US federal laws or anything. There will likely be default laws which the governor cannot changed but then you can make laws which could be similar to anything really in reason obviously.

Yes you will be able to still purchase into the game and the modules and beta. But the prices will rise up and also most / all of the rewards will change and so you will likely look at paying the full price for the Citizen package which is the full game being a $45 at retail price. The Founder pack will also likely be higher than that and so if they both increase by the same amount, founder could possibly be $60, however this is not confirmed and could both be increased by as little as much as that. I personally think the only 2 options that will be available is the "Citizen" and "Founder" pledges while being raised in price but that is my personal opinion and could be wrong; however all or most of the pledge rewards will be gone with prices of packages going up.

I don't know with which actual animals are confirm other than "Horses" won't be in the game unfortunately. I can't answer to say for the rest as I cannot remember if any information has been given. Maybe someone else will be able to help answer it for you. @HairyGrenade @Radack

LuckyDuck replied to YaLocalOreo's topic in The Hideout
Not exactly like GTA, you lose your weapon's and all the money on your person but not clothing and as well as on GTA you don't lose all your money on you or even guns etc. -
House address and GPS
LuckyDuck replied to Villasenor's question in Tourism (Q&A)
I think there will be a GPS in the game, well in cars there is as I asked about bus' and Motown said there would be a GPS with a way to create your own routes on said bus'. -
Hey there, Nice suggestion, however; There will be a driving license, a gun license but likely no work visas or no trucking license. You will have to do a tutorial for a driving license and that license covers trucks also. A gun license has not been taken into detail of how you wold acquire it but it likely is the same as the driving license one. For the the visas, they are not needed because when you buy/ pledge for the game, you are purchasing your passport to the Identity world and so you are a citizen and not an immigrant. I believe that it could add extra RP but it is pointless for visas when everyone is a citizen. Hope this helps. Best regards, LuckyDuck.

Hey there, In-fact if you whisper then you will be whispering in the game. If you shout then people can here you from so far away. There will be no "Options" for yelling, whispering and such because it is you who will be doing those such things. I hope this helps and also it is based on proximity too like @ghhoooooooooost said. Best regards, LuckyDuck.

Doubt about Buy
LuckyDuck replied to SpirokBr's question in Tourism (Q&A)
The 1st module (Town Square) is an Alpha stage and will be released soon. Beta is the closest thing to the full game and won't be out until after all 3 modules. -
Weapon mechanics :: Projectile mechanics, specifically..
LuckyDuck replied to Acecool's question in Tourism (Q&A)
I think there will be bullet drop and damage based on velocity, but we have not got any essential information to really answer your questions. -
Doubt about Buy
LuckyDuck replied to SpirokBr's question in Tourism (Q&A)
Hey @SpirokBr, Here is the page which is likely where the launcher will be downloaded from (But it will actually be on the new website). However Modules (Alpha will be downloaded / launched by a launcher which you will download from this site (New one), the Beta will be released next year and will be launched also through a launcher like the modules and for the full game, you will receive a email with a steam key for you to activate it on steam. I hope this helps, Best regards, LuckyDuck. -
Hello there, I like the Idea but as you know the devs said they won't add those things because they are heavy networking objects, but a thing instead of that is to live stream and people can watch you on the TV like it is a TV news reporter or something similar. This way is a lot more efficient as because it means they can focus on all the other stuff instead. However maybe in the future they can add this sort of thing but I think they'd rather not so it for now because if you are recording and then others are near you and then it lags them as well then it will be annoying and ruin immersion.

If we buy the founders here, will we get the steam edition free?
LuckyDuck replied to jack1's topic in Ideas & Suggestions
When you pledge on the store, you will get access to the Modules and Beta and when the full game comes out it will be on steam in which you will get a steam key sent via email. -
Fake money and Credit Cards Stolen IN-GAME
LuckyDuck replied to richtaylor's topic in Ideas & Suggestions
I think credit cards is a great addition but sadly for the fake money, I don't think it will work but it is a good idea. -

@MntnChicken Have a nice trip and enjoy! -
Remember "Altis Life" is not a game, but is a Mod for a game. "Everywhere" we have no such details on that game and for all we know it won't RP/ about socialising. Also "Everywhere" could possibly have AI roaming like GTA does. @Kronic @DanVash, Well I would expect that you can own 1 store and then if you have a business then the business can own multiple stores around the world. @Kronic Also, the devs play games outside of work hours and not during work hours and so the point about they play games too much is a bit invalid. They do have a gaming hour at the end of the day for 3 days a week but they are working on the game.

They will have a couple, more than 2 because cocaine, meth and weed is confirmed.

Customer Service (for in-game business)
LuckyDuck replied to NyanRadscorpion's question in Tourism (Q&A)
Ok, so NPC's will be at the cash register of shops as no one really will take that spot as a job as it is boring. -
Customer Service (for in-game business)
LuckyDuck replied to NyanRadscorpion's question in Tourism (Q&A)
The server owners won't control how many NPC's are on the map as it will be default and no option to change it. -
@Timmeht1 The modules as an Alpha stage, is a closed Early Access of the game yes, but it is also a standalone piece of the game and so really it is not directly like a normal Alpha so to speak. (if you get what I mean). I miss said the part about the devs not early access and so I apologise for it as I believe they don't like the "Early Access" thing on steam I believe. The module is a piece of the game which don't need the other pieces to function properly. The Modules in my opinion won't be unstable like other "Alpha's" and also I believe that the modules won't cause the servers of spartialOS to crash, but instead SpartialOS is in deed in early stages of development.
-
Well with some things, we must move back to go forward and so taking the chance with pushing it back which loses people could bring a lot more in the end. (Just my opinion). I do believe that the developers don't want us to have a "Early Access" like Alpha and so they would rather have the module nearer complete with no bugs/ obvious stuff than to have a fully buggy "Early Access" type of closed Alpha. They do not like Early Access and so would rather give us a more featured / fully completed interior/ exterior of the module's buildings and surroundings.
-
Hey there, I believe for many reasons why the module was pushed back was that, 2 years is not enough which is the max length you can put for something to be released from kickstarter. They then gave a bad estimate saying March was enough extra time and then in April they made a deal/ partnership with SpartialOS which in turn they needed to make sure it was compatible with that SpartialOS. They also have re-made the Towns Square in the past because the roads were too small and also they had to re-do the city/ map because it was flat and so added variation to it. This year they also re-worked the Towns Square module with better / updated graphics. While all of this was over a year or so, the devs took a year and a half to do the core mechanics of the game in which they under estimated the time originally at kickstarter for how long it would take. I believe this is a great summary to why it is taking so long and also why it was delayed many time; however it is your choice to get a refund or not. Hope this helps! regards, LuckyDuck.
